Nursery Orientation Programme

24th March 2026

The Nursery Orientation Programme at Laxman Public School was thoughtfully organized to warmly welcome our new students and their parents, while helping them become familiar with the school environment.

The programme commenced with a serene school prayer, setting a positive and peaceful tone for the day. This was followed by a melodious welcome song, a Hindi song, and an energetic dance performance by our young learners, showcasing their enthusiasm and confidence.

The Principal, Ms Seema Bharti Mishra, addressed the gathering and shared the school’s vision and ethos. She emphasized the importance of values such as respect, kindness, discipline, and holistic development. She also provided valuable insights to parents on nurturing independence in children, establishing healthy routines, and supporting their learning journey effectively.

To make the experience engaging and memorable, a variety of fun-filled and creative activities were organized, including tattoo making and pottery. Children actively participated and thoroughly enjoyed these hands-on experiences.

An innovative exhibition featuring games created from waste materials was also displayed. This initiative beautifully highlighted creativity, environmental consciousness, and the concept of learning through play, encouraging children to “Play more, Scroll less.”

The programme concluded with an interactive session where parents shared their queries and received thoughtful guidance, making the event both informative and reassuring.

An enriching beginning to a joyful learning journey.
