Annual Cultural Extravaganza – Junior School

Held on 10th September 2025

The Junior School of Laxman Public School celebrated its Annual Day on 10th September 2025 with great enthusiasm and splendour. The evening commenced with a warm welcome extended to the esteemed guests – Madam Ratika Agarwal, Chairman; Madam Pallavi Agarwal, Vice Chairperson; Ms Chandani, Member of the Managing Committee; Mr B. M. Mudgal, Manager; and Ms Seema Bharti Mishra, Principal.

The programme began with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp, symbolising knowledge and enlightenment, followed by the Annual Report presented by the principal, who highlighted the achievements and progress of the Junior School over the past year.

A prelude to the evening’s cultural showcase was shared, setting the tone for the celebrations. The programme opened with a graceful invocation dance dedicated to the five elements of nature, evoking a sense of harmony and balance. This was followed by a captivating musical drama inspired by “The Jungle Book,” which carried the meaningful message of protecting and preserving our environment.

The grand finale, a vibrant tribal dance performance of the jungle, brought the stage alive with energy and rhythm, leaving the audience spellbound.

In all, approximately 250 students participated in the programme, showcasing their talents with great confidence. The event was witnessed by an enthusiastic audience of around 1,000 parents, who applauded every performance wholeheartedly.

The Manager, Mr B. M. Mudgal, blessed the children and encouraged them with his words. The event concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks by Ms Neeru Gupta, Coordinator, Junior School, who acknowledged the efforts of everyone who contributed to the success of the function. The evening was a resounding success, reflecting the month-long dedication and tireless efforts of the teachers who guided and trained the children. The enthusiasm and hard work of the students shone brightly through their performances. The Principal, Ms Seema Bharti Mishra’s guidance, support, and initiative, were instrumental in making the Extravaganza a memorable celebration of talent, teamwork and creativity.
