Laxman Public School celebrated the 80th Independence Day<\/strong> with great enthusiasm, patriotic fervour and a strong sense of national pride. The celebration was held at the main stage on the school\u2019s big field and witnessed the enthusiastic participation of students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The programme was anchored by the Academic and Cultural Head Boy and Head Girl<\/strong>, who conducted the proceedings with confidence and enthusiasm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The celebration commenced with a warm welcome<\/strong>, followed by the Flag-Hoisting Ceremony<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ms Seema Bharti Mishra, Principal, Laxman Public School<\/strong>, hoisted the National Flag, accompanied by the National Anthem<\/strong> and \u201cVande Mataram,\u201d<\/strong> rendered by the School Choir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The programme continued with an inspiring speech<\/strong>, followed by a vibrant Junior School Dance performance<\/strong> and a Choir presentation \u2013 \u201cSaare Vatan Ka Pyara, Naynabhiram Nyara.\u201d<\/strong> These performances reflected the enthusiasm and patriotic spirit of the young learners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Patriotic Qawwali<\/strong> performance added a traditional dimension to the celebration, highlighting India\u2019s rich cultural heritage. The programme then continued with an energetic Senior School Dance performance<\/strong>, which further enhanced the patriotic spirit of the gathering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The celebration concluded with an inspiring address by the Principal, Ms Seema Bharti Mishra<\/strong>, who reflected on the significance of India\u2019s 80th Independence Day<\/strong> and reminded the students that freedom comes with responsibility. She emphasised that Independence Day is not merely a date on the calendar, but a celebration of the spirit of independence<\/strong>. She highlighted that true independence lies in making a daily choice to act with integrity, compassion, and responsibility<\/strong>, while remembering and honouring the sacrifices of our freedom fighters<\/strong>. She encouraged students to value their freedom and grow into responsible and compassionate citizens of the nation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adding a special visual and patriotic touch to the celebrations, tiny tots from Nursery, KG, and Classes 1 and 2<\/strong> dressed up as freedom fighters<\/strong>, bringing history to life and adding colour, charm, and enthusiasm to the overall programme. Sweets were also distributed among the students<\/strong> as part of the Independence Day celebrations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 80th Independence Day celebration<\/strong> was a memorable occasion that brought the school community together to celebrate the spirit of freedom, national pride, unity, and the rich cultural heritage of India.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
