Dyslexia is a learning disability characterized by difficulties with reading, writing, and spelling despite being intelligent and motivated.
As guided by the CBSE, Classes 3 to 5 celebrated Dyslexia Awareness Week on 27th October 2025 to educate students and advocate for inclusive education by recognizing strengths and offering encouragement
This initiative was undertaken to promote inclusivity as emphasized in the NEP 2020. Our special educators visited each and every section, discussing how dyslexia affects individuals and how we can ensure that everyone feels supported and empowered.
Students were made aware that dyslexia is a condition, not a disease, and were introduced to several famous personalities who have successfully lived with dyslexia.
A rally within the school was organized by our learners with special needs, which concluded at the Principal’s office. The special learners were encouraged to continue learning and face every challenge with confidence by our respected Manager Sir, Mr. B.M. Mudgal, and Principal Ma’am, Mrs. Seema B. Mishra.
