Session on Child Safety
Laxman Public School conducted a session on Child Safety in conference room on 9th October 2025 for classes 3 to 5.
Session was divided into two parts. Session on Cyber Security was conducted by Mr Manu Sahni from Amazon and the Safe Touch and Unsafe Touch by Ms Varuna and Ms Palak from an NGO named HAQ.
In the first session the speaker raised awareness among students about the importance of cyber security.
They were educated on how to protect themselves and keep themselves safe in the growing threats of digital world.
In the second session the speakers educated the students on safe touch and unsafe touch in a sensitive and age appropriate manner. Also informed them about the steps to be taken incase they feel unsafe with someone.
The students were encouraged to ask questions which made the session quite interactive.
The session was highly informative and well received by students.
The staff of the Junior School expressed gratitude to the resource persons for their valuable insights and time.
