As part of the ongoing in-service training programme, Laxman Public School organized an insightful and enriching workshop for its faculty titled “Differentiated Learning Demystified: A Holistic Approach to Teaching with Life Skills and Multiple Intelligences.” The session was facilitated by Ms. Vidushi Maan, a seasoned educator and trainer, in collaboration with Madhuban Publications.
The workshop aimed to equip teachers with effective strategies to meet the varied learning needs of students by integrating differentiated instruction and life skills education. Ms. Maan emphasized the importance of moving beyond the traditional one-size-fits-all approach and instead embracing the diverse learner profiles present in every classroom.
Through a blend of interactive discussions and experiential activities, educators explored innovative ways to tailor their teaching methods to address different learning styles, intelligences and socio-emotional needs. This workshop served as a meaningful platform for professional development, promoting the creation of inclusive, student-centric learning environments—spaces where every child has the opportunity to thrive.
