  • Click on the submit button to get the copy of the form on the screen.
  • Take a printout of the form then paste photographs & attach documents as mentioned in the form as per Annexure-I .
  • Submit the duly filled form with the mentioned documents at the school fee counter from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm latest by Mon, 23rd Jan 2017.
  • Incomplete form will not be accepted by the school.

  1. Birth Certificate of the child
  2. Proof of Residence (any one) – Voter Identity Card /Aadhaar Card/ Ration Card/ Passport / Electricity Bill / MTNL Telephone Bill / Water Bill.
  3. Proof of Sibling (if applicable) – latest receipt of payment of fee of LPS
  4. Proof of Alumni (if applicable) – CBSE XII Pass Certificate from LPS


B. Instructions and procedure for filling the Admission form
General Instructions
  • Please fill up this form very carefully as admission will be based on the contents of this form.
  • Kindly submit the duly completed form to Laxman Public School Fee office latest by 1:00 pm on Mon, 23 January 2017.
  • You are advised to keep a photocopy of the filled form.
  • For any further communication with parents, the school will cite only the Registration Number given on this form.
  • Children who complete 3 yrs as on 31/03/2017 are eligible for admission  to Pre-School for the academic session 2017-18.
  • The number of seats available for admission to Pre-School is 184 ( One hundred and eighty four), including 25% seats reserved for EWS and Disadvantaged Group (under RTE).
  • You are advised to fill in only one form to avoid cancellation.
The admission process has been carefully designed to provide equal opportunity to all and to maintain transparency.
